Fluxent Technologies Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

This policy helps users understand how Fluxent Technologies processes orders and payments made by credit card through Stripe.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person using this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms and conditions, either online or in a separate written contract.

“The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Fluxent Technologies. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and the Company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our services to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with and subject to the laws of the State of New York.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and referring to the same.

Fulfillment Policy

At Fluxent Technologies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take all service-related complaints very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) explains our delivery practices and the rules and guidelines for refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the conditions for a refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy

Fluxent Technologies offers software development, AI-assisted engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering services. These services are delivered electronically and telephonically based on client requests, with all artifacts (documents, designs, code, signatures, billing) made available through the Fluxent client portal at client.fluxent.tech.

Refunds

We may offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our engagement.

Exceptions

Refunds or returns may not be granted if:

  • You received what you ordered but changed your mind about the service.
  • You were aware of issues with the service before purchase.
  • You did not like the service or realized you had no use for it.
  • You did not report any issues within 7 days of receiving the service/product.

Return Policy

Fluxent Technologies sells software development, AI-assisted engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering services. Returns are not allowed, but refunds may be offered under certain circumstances as explained above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract with Fluxent Technologies is signed or work on a project has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

Project Abandonment

If, after three attempts by Fluxent Technologies to begin, continue, or finalize services, the Client fails to respond or participate for 30 days, the project may be deemed abandoned. In such cases, Fluxent Technologies may reduce any refunds for the services to zero, with the Client agreeing to this forfeiture of any paid fees.

Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service and are eligible for a refund under this Policy, send an email to support@fluxent.tech with your complaints. We will verify your complaints, and refunds are issued at our discretion.
